I love juicing!


Juicing is my new vice, I love how I can get my vege fix without actually having to pig out on vegetables. I am not a vegetable fan just in case you haven't picked up on that. Recently I made these two juices one to help cure a nasty hangover and one as a general juice I have been loving. Advice to newbie juicers everything tastes better when its chilled.

My Travel Essentials


Hey my lovelies!! Literally I am sitting here feeling a bit grumpy Moanday blues, anyone else feeling this way too? but as with everything in life there is ways you can put a smile on your dial. One thing that always has me all chirpy and delighted is thinking about travelling, weekends away, road trips you name it I am all for it! throw in some online fashion browsing and I got myself a reason to smile.

Now I am going to be severely honest with you, this is a collaboration post. But one I really do stand by (or else it wouldn't be on this little space). Lets be real though who can resist browsing the Harrods site?  not me! While browsing around trying to find my Monday inspiration I had many moments thinking ooooh this could be divine to wear on a holiday and aaaaah this is exactly what I need. Which got me thinking what would be my four travel essentials if money was no object.

Goodbye stress and anxiety!


The law of attraction states it perfectly, what you think about and what you surround yourself with will always manifest. Hangout with negative people and you will be a debby downer, know what I mean?. Sometimes you just need to distance yourself from the negative vibes and your mind from the negative thoughts. That can become a bit of an issue when you may not have any time, right? However there is ways to get all the assistance you need without having to go to a therapist or yoga class. I am talking PHONE APPS people. Therapy on the go hahaha .

Happier and Healthier 2014


There is so much more I want in this life, to live a life that is filled with love, gratitude ,tons of traveling and grace. To love myself and take amazing care of myself so I can be the best person to those around me. To be more confident. These goals have turned into plans. One thing I have been yearning for is to be healthier. This has been a burning desire for me as of late. I didn't even realize how much I missed working out regularly until I started noticing which people I follow on instagram. I have been so drawn to the fitness pages, the ladies who are dedicated to living the healthy way. So with that said I have decided to get my act together so to speak. The only crazy thing is it can get very overwhelming which is why I have decided to put together a list. Yip another list haha.

Staying sane when you out of your comfort zone.


Recently Bart and I have made the "big step", moving in together. Now I will be honest it is not my first time living with a boyfriend, with that said both times have been pretty daunting. Seeing as though it is two completely different individuals trying to find harmony. It doesn't happen very easily, just ask anyone who has embarked on this journey. You see habits you might be like eeeeeuw about. Like socks laying everywhere or going to bed with a perfectly clean kitchen only to wake up finding it in a total mess. Drives me banana's!

But for me the greatest challenge has been trying to feel at home. Feeling comfortable when nothing is as you used to it. There's no privacy, you have twice the amount of chores. You cant just cook what you craving or being told every idea you have for decorating is way to girly these are just to give you a few examples. Things change. A whole lot. Now while I am still trying to find my sweet spot here I do find comfort in holding onto things I did at my home. Like how I enjoy my Sundays, staying in bed if its raining and grey out with a good series playing back to back. Drives Bart insane. But it also keeps me from wanting to run back home all the time. Everything is a trial and error kind of feeling. Just telling the truth here.

Simplyfying your life


Simplifying your life seems so easy but if you anything like me your plate just gets fuller to the point that you don't know what to do. Then you start letting people down which creates a sense of guilt so you try to do more for them to make up for anytime you couldn't come through. Sound familiar?

This year ALL I want is to create a happy life, which includes eliminating stress and also only taking on as much as I can handle. Now saying no I can't do this or that is something that has always been an issue for me. But as I heard on #SHAHS (yip I watch it) "the universe rewards you when you make courageous decisions"

  1. Its hard ! No-one tells you that or should I say its meant to seem pretty effortless. A huge round of applause to everyone sitting behind their computers trying to get some awesome content up!
