I know you have been waiting for this recipe patiently after seeing my instagram posts... but trust me it was all about making sure everyone loved it as much as me. I knew the perfect test would be giving it to people who did not enjoy healthy treats. I lied and said "choc mousse anyone?" and the "yes please hit me up" replies followed. It was only at the end when I inquired if they enjoyed the taste etc. that I mentioned it contained no cream, no milk and only 3 healthy ingredients. No one believed me. The taste is really so "chocolaty" you will melt with joy. Just FYI you can set it a bit longer and turn it into ice-cream. You can read the full details of that recipe here.

Ingredient & equipment:
- 2 banana's
- 2 tbsp peanut butter
- sprinkle of cinnamon
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- bowl with a lid.
- slice up banana's and place in the freezer for an hour.
- mix banana, peanut butter and cocoa powder with a blender until smooth consistency.
- place back in freezer for 1 hour and enjoyyyyyyy!
I mean how simple is this? its so divine I will be serving it everytime my niece is around because she sure loves sweet treats.
