Tasty Tomato Treat

We recently started growing our own veges again ... the tomatoes look and taste delicious so as per usual my brother the late night chef came up with a tomato treat , filled with cheese and fresh dill, salt to season , delicious!!I'm sure it will be delicious with eggs or mince filling , i'll be trying that out this week.



This would be perfect as a starter at a dinner party you hosting , you can fill it whichever way you like because tomato goes with so many other flavors .
