March favorites. Food | books | baby products and more

My March 2017 month favorites , bennetts bum cream, kielhs hair products, The mircacle morning, Freeletics, Viva video and more by Meghan Silva

I absolutely love favorite videos, I haven't actually read many favorite posts though and even though I have been wanting to start a YouTube channel, its been a hassle finding the time. So I decided to post about my monthly favorites right here. They include a variety of hair care, baby product, books, Phone friendly video editing apps and more..

Without further delays these are my March favorites. (See what I did there ;)

The app freeletics : this literally has been a game changer, quick workouts and also watching freeletics transformations videos on YouTube really got me thinking this might actually be for me. I'm soooo unfit these days so this is a way to start the journey from the comfort of your home and at your own pace.

Miracle morning by Hal Elrod: its been quite a challenge sticking to it but I have actually done it and have found it super helpful in refreshing and stimulating my mind and productivity. If you wanna be a morning person but just don't know how, I really suggest you get your hands on this book and give it a go. Start with the simple 6 minute morning routine and work from there.

Viva video: I love making quick monthly videos of Matteo. This has been the best and easiest app to work with.... Love it!!!

Bennetts nappy cream: this is by far my favorite nappy rash cream. To date Matteo has not had any nappy rashes and even on the rare occasion it gets a little red, 5 minutes after applying it on his cute lil bums its all gone. Not to mention any bumps I might have.

Baseball caps: I swear these have been a lifesaver this month. I have been giving my hair a much needed heat and hair dye break ,its been a hair challenge these last few weeks. But baseball caps have been my wardrobe bestie, I throw it on and head out in a quick ass minute.

Kiehls superbly smoothing argan shampoo: I have gone through this shampoo so many times its so effective and is sulphate free and amazing on dry and damaged hair. I swear this works like a charm.

  2. I really need to invest in some hats for bad hair days - I usually just scrape my hair into a messy bun on those kinds of days!
