Midweek reading : At home workouts baby!


I'm kind of in a theme mood these days, so this weeks midweek readings theme is fitness. Some of my favorite at home workouts to be specific.

  4. The hardest part of exercising is finding the perfect time and motivation. Using the stretch bands helped reduce the amount of manual work I had to do daily. Instead of excessive time, I can do the 10 minute routine with the stretch band and move on with the remainder of my day.
