Motivational Monday

This post is pretty late because I honestly couldn't put together a motivating post when I haven't been motivating myself past some negative things that has happened this last few days. But then I watched an awesome video by motivational speaker Tony Robbins. Sometimes one just needs an extra double dose of motivation on days where your spirit is on an all time low. Then it got me thinking about how can one train oneself to block out negativity or just to learn to let it not disturb your spirit which is when I stumbled upon the book Untethered Soul. I have to get my hands on it. Read a brief outline of the book here and you will see why.

My motivation to you applies to me too...

Stop letting people break you down. Don't give them the power. Stand up for yourself don't ever just be a doormat. Respect is a two way street.

Hope you have a beautiful start to the week.
Love & light.

  2. I have been doing that lately. I have been keeping quiet but not now, people think they can walk all over you just because you are kind.

I hope you are feeling better Meghan. Sending hugs and positive vibes your way xx

  3. Beautiful message!! You can't look after others, if you can't look after yourself first and set healthy boundaries!
