Something I learned this last week

This past week I have taken some complete alone time to really listen to what my inner voice has been trying to tell me. For quite some time I have been having this nagging voice saying to me 'Megs go back to the drawing board'. If you like me you will always have the thought just push through just push through. But here's the thing if you listen to your inner voice, that inner nudge, you might just have a break through that often feels like a break down haha. You not alone I have been there. Recently!

This is what I decided to do, I absolutely listened to this inner whisper. I also ended up taking a comfy seat in a women entrepreneur conference and by day 3 I finally felt like I was able to understand this nagging voice because truth is I didn't know what to do with what this inner voice was telling me. So that's my lesson I want to share with you this week, don't put off those inner whispers or roars if the inner whispers make you feel confused feel free to seek some clarity else where. Its okay to go back to the drawing board. Its perfectly fine to re-evaluate your life. Because the minute you listen to yourself you will be able to change things around and that is basically when something amazing will happen.

Hope you have an awesome start to the week and to everyone in South Africa I hope you having an amazing long weekend. Happy heritage long weekend

  3. you are so right meghan. there are so many times when i didn't pay attention to my inner voice. if only i would've listened. it's important to step back and look at things in your life. sometimes you have to stop and re-group. i've done it many times.

    1. I was literally just ignoring it for like 2 months until I couldn't anymore.

  4. This is a great post, Meghan - you are so right. It's so important to listen to that inner voice... and if you don't understand what it's saying, to take the time to figure it out!

  6. You inner voice rarely if ever steers you wrong. I nearly did a double take when I saw that cat photo because it looks just like the cat that has adopted me, (rather than the other way around!)

  8. Meg this is such a relevant post in my life right now! That conference sounds like a brilliant idea! I think I should look into attending something like that. It's amazing how we try to ignore the voice but it just seems to get even louder! Good luck with what's ahead :)
