Coconut Sugar Cookies

I grew up in a home where there were always biscuits for when guest would visit or for a late night treat on cold days , so with the oven fixed I decided I need to make some Coconut sugar cookies/biscuits for those evenings when a hot chocolate just won't suffice , know what I mean?I followed this recipe and made 3 adjustments I added 3 eggs instead of 2 , a few drops of almond extract along with the vanilla essence and a little bit more butter and I must say it turned AMAZING.

Additional information : For decoration I made glaze , used blue sugar and edible gold dust , be creative and have fun with it!do you enjoy baking?
