I have decided to take up a Tone it up 8 weeks challenge I know Katie has taken it up too , so on a quest to stay focused I have decided to find some healthy yummy recipes , I have wanted a challenge for a while now since I still want to drop a few pounds and tone up... who else has taken up the challenge?

DeleteAll I can focus on are those perfect looking slices of sushi. At least that's what I think they are, if not then I know what's on my mind. My favorite healthy snack is fruit. Simple and yummy.

DeleteI'm not doing this specific challenge, but I recently watched a documentary called "Hungry For Change" (free to watch online I believe) and it really inspired me to reduce the amount of processed foods that I put in my body! I've really been trying to eat more fresh foods and to stick to mainly fruits, veggies, protein and healthier grains.
