This weeks update | Matteo's first Easter and more

There is something about holidays that doesn't make Matteo so happy. It might be the busyness or just whatever's in the air but Matty was not a happy camper this weekend. His mood happened to change when my parents showed up with Easter eggs though. We didn't do much for Easter besides eating tons of pickle fish and having way to many Easter eggs. It was great catching up with my siblings because they are always working 12 hours a day or more. Other than that here is a few updates of the past week.

I've still been loving freeletics, I literally look forward to doing the workout. The best part is seeing time improvements. The workouts are HIIT based and timed so it makes it amazing to challenge yourself.

I have been into a toner this week. I've made my own toning concoction based on what I think my skin needs. So far so good.

I have been good with wearing my hair down this week which is a great change.

Matteo absolutely loves dancing in my arms, he giggles with every sway of the hip. Its the cutest thing ever!!!

I have been loving the series Rosewood. Anyone else into it?

I failed miserably at switching my phone off all weekend (read more here). Mainly because of Easter weekend. Instead I put my phone on airplane mode for about 3 hours daily.

I went heatless all week, which is always a good thing. Best thing to do is throw your hair into a bun when you sleep. The next morning you will have a very French chic hair do. Relaxed effortless waves.

That was my week in a nutshell. This weeks goals is to keep up my daily workouts and dedicate 2 hours a day to my blog.

How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun for Easter?

  3. I tried to refrain from my phone all of Sunday, but it's so hard! I always feel like I'm going to get sooo behind. But I did stay away from it more than usual and it was nice!

  5. I'm lucky that a hairstyle will stick around for a week or so, so i usually am heatless. What a nice change though, right? Lovely update and it sounds like things are going well for you lately.

  6. Spent it with my family, and siblings. We had some fun and played a really great set of card games, ate lovely food and cheered to the new season. It is fun to get together with people you normally don't get to see as much :)
