Easiest no fuss Banana split smoothie

3 ingredient banana split smoothie | whey protein, banana, coconut milk breakfast smoothie



There is really something about bananas that gets me feeling like a kid again. I'm not sure if it's the memories of going to Mikes kitchen (my parents favorite place to take us as kids.) and fighting with my sister about who gets the last bite of banana split or as my 20 year old self enjoying the banana undertone cocktail at catz pajama's.

I'm sure it is a bit of both, the point being it brings up some great memories. Which is why I have been (over) indulging in this 3 ingredient breakfast smoothie.
3 ingredient banana split smoothie | whey protein, banana, coconut milk breakfast smoothie

Ingredients (makes 2 smoothies) 


  • 1 frozen banana slices
  • 500ml coconut milk
  • 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder or meal replacement. 

Method:

  • Blend them all of together and enjoy. Literally can it get any easier???

The taste is so close to a banana split and a very summery cocktail, I mean winning. Truth is mornings are sometimes frantic and having some quick meal options is a must for those crazy mornings so be sure to pin this recipe and share it if you enjoy some quick snack, breakfast or meal options.
