The best addition to your smoothies and salads ... KALE POWDER!!!!


Kale yeah!!!

Finding a new seamless way to add kale into your diet is what I personally call winning, because often times they spoil in the fridge or just have a blahhh taste. Thank goodness for Pinterest and the ability to find new ways to do anything.

Thank you mom with prep for the hookup. I just had to try my hand at it, the best part is I easily dehydrated the kale in the microwave and it worked like a charm. It really must be the best discovery I have made in a while. Drizzle it on everything whether as a spice of add a scoop in your breakfast smoothie. 


Method:
  • The best tip I have for dehydrating kale chips in the microwave is only go for 1 minute at a time for two minutes and only at a medium heat. Burned Kale is seriously a no no!
  • Pop some dehydrated kale chips in a blender and blend away until its the desired consistency, I went for fine parsley texture.

I keep getting asked why most of my recipes are always so easy. The answer is simple its because I am trying to bring easy ways to do just about anything truth is in our busy lives we need efficiency and no one has time to waste anymore right?.
