I seriously cannot live without hair masks.
Many moons ago I went to hair salon and was told never use the same shampoo and conditioner all the time, you have to switch it up. If you didn't know now you know ;). Two faves of mine in the mask department has to be these two. Both serve me with very different purposes.
My hair is generally dry, even if I don't use much heat on it and literally besides the weird (mayo) home made stuff I use to get it healthy and shiny these are what works. Store bought ones never quite did the trick for me in the past they just felt like general conditioners. But these are magic baby! One for more the daily use and the other for that serious hair nourishing day.
Argan oil hydrating hair mask as you can see above is used for those days when I'm swimming and it basically replaces my conditioner. Aussie 3 minute miracle is definitely for those deeper hair mask days. One thing I seriously love doing is applying the mask pre-shower and having the steam in the shower give it that added boost.
Btw do you have any recommendations for hair masks that I should try out? drop them in the comments below.
I like using homemade hair packs. I mix rose powder with coconut milk. Apply on the hair and leave for an hour an wash off. Then again you need time to use these.
