Snoek Braai & more


I haven't been a huge a fan of Snoek I used to hate all the bones, however these days especially since the whole donkey horse and so forth saga (so grossed out and I know the vegans are doing a lil happy dance )when my sister hooks up a Snoek (Snoek is a certain kind of fish for those who are like huh) braai I cant help but over indulge , she fills it with onions, cheese, tomato's, mayonnaise, mushrooms and fish spice wraps it in foil and places it on the braai(bbq) ,It hits the spot every single time and there's only one added component to this dish and that is slap chips. Nuff said!!!

I thought why not just share more posts from other bloggers on how to make some delicious fish dishes .

    I am addicted to fish tacos. Pecan crusted walleye can be pretty incredible too though. This look sooo yummy!
