Great Butt and Leg workout in under 15 minutes

We all know as women the greatest problem areas is our butt and thighs , whether its cellulite or flab if you have it one thing that can assist is targeting those areas through a good workout routine combined with a healthy lifestyle, these exercises take less than 15 minutes so there really isn't any excuse not to workout,I know another area that is problem-some is the tummy area I will post a video on abs soon.
