Essence Eyebrow Stylist Review

I think eyebrows can either make you look like you don't care (no grooming) or it can make you looked pulled together and I have made many eyebrow errors in my life from making them super black to over plucking , but as with everything its all about trial and error and now I finally have my eyebrows just the way I like them . Finding the perfect tools is always a bit hard and when I saw this Eyebrow stylist product from Essence I went back and forth to purchase or not to purchase and I have to say I am really happy I did . I love that I could mix two shades it gives it a more natural yet perfectly groomed look . Below you will see all the tools it comes with , eyebrow stencils for those who are not sure how to shape them (I needed these a few years ago) a brush and a duo palette .

Verdict:
The colour combo palette makes achieving a natural look so much easier
They contain eyebrow stencils so if you not sure what to do the stencils are there to help direct you .
I am not a fan of the tiny brush I prefer using my gel eyeliner brush it just helps make the application look more natural.
The product has versatility I find myself using this product as eye shadow and it looks amazing (I love matte eye shadow)
and the price is way below ZAR50 so its something I will be purchasing again .

What is your most important facial feature that you focus on before leaving the house ?

    1. My tip would be get this kit if you can , start with the light colour and then blend in the darker shade in light tiny strokes. It gives it a more natural look .

  6. This looks great. I have major brow issues because of over plucking when I was younger. I fill mine in with a pencil but I'll have a look at this.

  9. Brows are so important- I realize this now in a way I didn't when I was younger!

For me, lashes are something I focus on before leaving the house. If I'm not wearing mascara, I look like I literally just rolled out of bed. Can;t have that! :)

  14. I always tell people to leave their eye brows alone as much as possible! Too much grooming can ruin everything..natural is the way to go..and of course filling in:) Great post!

  16. Hi dear Meghan!

Eyebrows are super important in our face right? I've also made many mistakes when trying to make my own. Now I pay a professional to do them and just use a duo so to fix some glitches. These duos are very good right?

  21. I use this everyday - the lighter shade is perfect for me. Eyebrows absolutely define your face, and I must say that eyebrows and foundation are the two things I just can't leave the house with ;) x x x

  23. This is such a great resource that you are providing and you give it away for free. I love seeing websites that understand the value of providing a quality resource for free. It is the old what goes around comes around routine.
